I liked literally everything, the view was stunning, so quiet place, the host and housekeeper were so nice, friendly, kind. It was a small studio but I can imagine to live there. We spent 5 nights at Kaya Palazzo; the hotel is a wonderful water front property with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. There was plenty of outdoor space as well as lots of public rooms. The en-suite bedrooms were also luxurious and spacious. A number of good restaurants in particular the breakfast buffet and the “kebab” restaurant were truly first class. Indeed after the breakfast i defy anyone to eat before the evening dinner!!! The staff were friendly and willing but their level of English was limited so a little patience is required. There was a well equipped and spacious gym for those who like that kind of thing. There was a pool deck with a number of pool houses giving direct access to the crystal clear water which was nippy at this time of the year. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property . All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for affordable luxury.

The location is excellent. Authentic environment. I was staying due to work but really gave me a holiday vibe. The hotel has a cafe and a nice restaurant as well, which was great if you don’t want to go far away from the hotel. All the workers were really kind and helpful. I really felt welcomed.

The bungalows were very clean and spacious. The location is great and quiet, because it’s a little out of town. It’s close to the mountains and has a nice swimming pool, so it’s also a great place to relax in the summer. But the best part of this place are the owner and staff. They were very lovely, welcoming and generous. The breakfast is very special with a lot of effort. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back.

Beautiful hotel on the sea had a boutique & exclusive feel! Room was large & spacious with a balcony close to the water! Decor was stylish & sleek. Large comfy bed. Large modern bathroom. Everything was 5-star, including luxury toiletries & top spec hair dryer! Lovely breakfast every morning. We ate at the restaurant a few evenings and spent most mornings at the beach club swimming in the clear turquoise sea! Heaven! Great value for money. Exceeded our expectations!
