First of all I'd like mention that the host is amazing -very kind and friendly woman. She can recommend best places and activities not only in Praslin but in La Digue and Mahe. She even helped us very much with car rent in La Digue. The room was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were good equipped. I highly recommend this place. And the location is perfect.

From the moment I arrived until the day I (sadly) left, everything was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, booking a rental car for me, preparing breakfast earlier than usual, and keeping the apartment spotless. The location is peaceful, just steps from the beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartments are incredibly spacious, and the outdoor terrace, filled with birdsong, is a lovely place to relax. There's also ample parking for all guests. The staff's friendliness is truly next level. While the facilities may not be brand new, my stay was far more comfortable than I expected. Yes, some guests mention that breakfast is the same every day, but you’re on holiday! It was always fresh, and for anyone wanting variety, there's a large kitchen to cook whatever you like. Next time I’m in Praslin, it’s definitely Ocean Jewels again for me! 🤍

The service was impeccable—everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. When we encountered a small issue, they were quick to help, even providing first aid when needed. The hotel's location is breathtaking, right by the sea, offering stunning scenery. Everything was kept spotless and well-maintained. The rooms were comfortable, and the room service was excellent. The food was another highlight—fresh, homemade, and absolutely delicious. We left our plates empty every time! The restaurant played lovely music, and there was a great variety of choices.
