We spent one night in this hotel. We chose this location mainly for its convenient position near the highway and its proximity to Barka city center, just a 10-minute drive away. The room was really nice, spacious, and clean. The price fully matched the quality. Special thanks to the hotel staff. We forgot a tablet, and after our check-out, they contacted us immediately. Not everyone would do that. Thank you again! We were satisfied, and we can recommend this hotel. The hotel did not offer breakfast, but it was not a problem as there is a supermarket directly across from the hotel.

We stayed 4 nights in the 2BR apartment. The comfort was just next level - the bed, the sheets, the rugs, the abundance of space. Very calming atmosphere un the lobby, restaurant and by the pool. The plunge area with shallow water for the minis. Very surprised and def not the last time while visiting Muscat.

We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Mosaab El Alaoui and Mr. Anas, and greatly appreciated the early check-in, which allowed us to attend our meetings on time. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean.
