We had a fabulous stay. The pod, as my husband said, had everything we needed, and nothing we didn't. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable in the accommodation and in the garden area. The bird song in the morning was incredible to wake up to. It was all spotlessly clean and tidy with lovely touches, and as described on booking.com It was also a good base for visiting Hobbiton and the surrounding area. We would thoroughly recommend

Thank you so much Alyson & Tim for such a magical stay. This sweet little bed & breakfast was beautifully positioned on such an idyllic farm with an incredible backdrop to gaze out upon. This was an amazing stay! Our family of 5 was visiting Hobbiton and we needed a place where we could all stay together comfortably. This house had everything we needed and lovely unexpected touches like chocolates and coffee! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
