Everything.. the property was a good location to be just outside of town but not too far from everything. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, and bird song. Not to mention Nicky was an absolute gem of a host. Made us feel comfortable and welcome as soon as arrived.

Everything was amazing, the room and the bathroom were spacious and sparkling clean... The common are is super cozy and have a complete kitchen, but the best part is they have for breakfast homemade jams from their own fruit trees (so delicious that I beg to them to sell me a Fig Jam, luckily they did), great pastry from the local bakery, and eggs from their kitchen... And it is only 10 minutes from Kaiteriteri... Don't miss seeing the sunset from their garden, while having a muffin (if is any leftl.

Wonderful views to the bay and mountains. The apartment was very nicely set up with a little kitchen area with an array of appliances. Very comfortable beds , peaceful and quiet setting and welcoming host. Would definitely stay again
