No breakfast included so I am not commenting about that. Although I did see spreads, milk, tea and coffee available which was handy though did not use.

This was a lovely room , opening onto the backyard with excellent views over the beach. Short walk to the beach for a long and lovely stroll. Fifteen minutes to the Point Nugget Lighthouse if you want to photograph it . Mike , the host is very friendly and helpful . Would stay again if in the area .

The motel was near the beach and the local restaurant. It was spotlessly clean with thoughtful provision of toiletries and also milk, tea and coffee. The location was peaceful with a tranquil atmosphere.

Jill and her team are wonderful hosts.Very welcoming and care so well for the needs of their guests If you value a spacious, comfy and nicely decorated room in a historical building with quite a story and also like recommendations about what to see in the area- this is the perfect place. We would definetetly come back as we felt well from the first contact.It is also the perfect location for the last stay out of the Catlins moving North or the first going South Thank you so much, Jill, hope to come by again
