The property was just completed so I the very first person to stay. it was exactly as described, super clean and even closer to the beach than I thought! The hosts seemed lovely and were helpful in renting me a surfboard from their place on the beach. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to the beach from travelling in-land.

Very nice, brand new hotel for reasonable price. Clean, not bad wifi, owner is also very nice and helpfull guy. Location is calm, walking distance to the beach and other activities. We even extended our stay for couple more nights and would gladly come back.

We really loved the design of the hotel, the rooms were beautiful and very well equipped. Monkeys around was also a bonus for jungle near the beach experience:) the beach is just around the corner and travelling with a child we really loved that we go back and forth as many times as we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast amazing - variety of food and plenty of fruits. Would definitely stay there again!:)

The places is very close to the beach so you can literally pick the surf board, and walk towards it.The breakfast - Brunch concept is amazing. The Yoga sessions are included in the rooms stay and is a great workout post surfing. The staff are very courteous and warm. They are available even post working hours if there's any help required. Great stay.

Loved it here! Beautifully designed modern rooms (apparently only refurbished a month ago), shared kitchenette space with fridge if you wanted to make your own food and drink, lovely outdoor space, good quality facilities, nice quiet location (we have been woken up staying on loud roads in Sri Lanka, this place however was tranquil) but still close enough to the beach, restaurants etc. Pubudu and his family were so welcoming and went above and beyond for us. Nice brekky too
