The apartment is very easy to find. It is located in a very quite and safe area and not only that, it is very close to alot of the places you will have to visit. Drexel House was very welcoming and its location in Karen is great - an oasis of calm in a busy city. As soon as you enter the gates, the noise of the city seems far away, and you feel relaxed and peaceful. The gardens are wonderful and we enjoyed sitting outside for breakfast. The breakfast options were great, and the team was very helpful in preparing snacks for us when we arrived late at night. Jeremy is super helpful, proactive and friendly, and made our stay very comfortable. We left a personal item behind in our room, and he was very solicitous in helping us retrieve it. We will definitely come back when we are next in Nairobi.

Peter was so handy in giving information and was always available to answer our questions. The security guards and all staff were so respectful. We had an amazing stay and cleaning was done as frequent as we needed. I would definitely book again and again and again. We had an Amazon stay.
