So close to Venice. The staff are amazing and extremely helpful. Breakfast was good and adequate. The facilities are the best i have ever seen, and to be so close to bus stops for Venice is very convenient.

Nice spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable beds and big bathroom with shower. The first evening we had pasta in the restaurant and everything was delicious. Breakfast was not enormous but very good and enough for most people with different taste. Good coffee. The staff was very friendly, helpful and polite, giving us directions and tips what to see and do during our visit in the old town. The hotels location is excellent with bus nr 7 direct to Venice old town just across the street. Private ”free of charge” parking with camera surveillance and EV-charging available for only €15.

The room was super clean The lady who kept the contact was super nice to us, and easy to talk to and responsive. The place was really close to the bus stop, which took us to Venice (30 mins from door to venice). There was a really good pizza place nearby too and the area seemed safe as well. We went to a nearby park in the morning for a coffee, it was close on foot as well.

The apartment is clean and equipped with all things that you may need. The location is great with a few minutes' walk to the bus stop where you can get the bus to Venice in 15 minutes. Very spatious and modern appartment, confortably furnished, kitchen fully functional. 3 minutes to the bus, and 20 minutes travel by bus and the funny tramway with only one single rail to the heart of Venice. The host Giuseppe gave us very good indications for our stay in Venice. All in all: very good place to be, we will for sure come back.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a great layout. The location was excellent — close to public transport to Venice and with free parking provided. Our host was kind and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything in detail. As a welcome gesture, she had prepared Prosecco, chocolates, and bottled water for us, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying, and even though we had to leave earlier than the usual breakfast time, it was ready and waiting for us. A truly great experience — highly recommended!
