It was really quiet, in the heart of a neighbourhood where local people live, so it was a wonderful experience. Probably in summer it can get a bit noisier, with more people walking by. It is easy to get to these two apartments if you take the bus to the last stop in Anacapri, go down the stairs, and then take the next stairs on the left. Once you are there, Rosalia, who is a lovely host, will show you another shortcut to get to the city center. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the apartment. A plus was that we found everything we needed in the kitchen, in the bathrooms, and in the rooms. We loved the cake Rosalia made for us, so we asked her for the recipe.

The apartment in Il Giardino dell’ Arte was truly beautiful with a nice terrace under the olive tree. The owners(family runned) were so kind and helpful, thank you all again for everything. It was a dream house! Huge terrace with the stunning views facing west. Unforgettable sunsets! The host was super nice, caring, and ready to assist us 24/7. The location was perfect, just 15 min walk down to the center of Anacapri. I highly recommend this property. Absolute 10 rating.

The impressive buffet breakfast is just the thing after a luxurious sleep in a super comfortable bed! The toiletries smell like the divine scent that floats around Capri island. One of the only hotels to have an English language channel on TV. The big pool is excellent and adds to the enjoyment of your stay. The Anacapri area of the island has a real local feel and is very chill. It's a nice contrast to the more hectic Capri centre. This hotel is an oasis!
