The location was only a few minutes by car to Collooney itself. There are two supermarkets stocking everything you need for a stay. Very easy to reach Sligo town by car. The house had enough space for the four of us. I really liked the big bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. There were 2 tvs so everyone was happy. There’s also a utility room with a washing machine. I enjoyed walking around the beautiful garden each evening and sitting on the bench outside. Clodagh left some goodies which went down well with the kids and the wine with the adults.

The village of ballisodare is located in Ballysadare, 8.6 km from Yeats Memorial Building, 8.6 km from Sligo Abbey, as well as 9.1 km from Sligo County Museum.

My stay was excellent! The host was very kind and welcoming, just like the whole house — cozy and pleasant. I was able to leave my bike in a convenient and safe place. The property is a pretty new one bedroom cottage. Paul, host stormed toward us when we arrived. The McCafferty's are really very friendly (we met Caroline the next morning). We talked and laughed a lot. The cottage has a private kitchenette and beautiful bathroom. It is nice, spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all facilities you need. In the morning we were greeted by the two funny goats. Our choice can't be better. We'll be back maybe to see Paul performs with his local band :))
