It's very cozy. The chalet is very spacious and clean, the bathroom is quite big too. The place is gem of a place. Excellent host and the place is magical. The small farm land and a cozy stay which was converted into this beautifull stay. Host stay at the top floor and we stayed at the ground floor. There was no necessity of fan or AC. beautiful kitchen and the common area where we we singing and playing. The small place outdoor with swing is beautifully decorated and provided peace. It was our anniversary and the surprise that they provided was wonderful.

Everything was clean, tidy, and of good taste in this cozy villa. Tkibuli is a beautiful mining town with many "decaying" buildings from the former USSR era. But as it is not yet a popular destination, I saw hardly any foreign tourists in August. Maybe that explains the great value this accommodation provides. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the main bus stop.
