Everything was excellent , facilities , cleanness, very friendly and professional staff. Absolute 5 star treatment, everyone in hotel can not do enough for you. A special highlight was my birthday dinner , which made my day feel even more special.

One of the most beautiful resort in Sharm el Sheikh and special thanks to reception who helped me for early and smoothly check in, very clean and very professional staff, I think you must visit this place minimum one time in your life and than you will come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. Breakfast extremely expansive, hotel has all the facilities you need and more and is extremely clean. The staff is so so kind. Ahmed el Faki took fantastic care of us during breakfast and Basam in the Lebanese restaurant! The manager is also always at your disposal! This hotel get's it all right! even the little details which is what elevates this hotel to the next level. Recommend!

From the airport transfer on arrival to the moment we departed, every second was filled with comfort, luxury, and the exceptional care of the highly professional Four Seasons team. A special thank you for the suite upgrade — the room was absolutely spectacular. Spacious, impeccably clean, and wonderfully comfortable. The view was stunning, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and sunlit. The beautifully landscaped grounds, blooming with flowers and trees, made us feel like we were in paradise. The hotel’s vast territory offered more than enough to enjoy a full week without ever needing to leave. The restaurants and bars were exquisite, offering a great variety of delicious options. And SPA! Just in love with it. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience — we can't wait to return!

We also want to extend our gratitude to Ibrahim, who provided impeccable room service and housekeeping. It was such a fun surprise to return to our room and find the adorable and creative figures he made from towels. It added such a personal and special touch to our stay, and we couldn’t help but smile and have a laugh of the creative figures every time we walked into our room! The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well-maintained. The attention to detail in every aspect was clear, and we felt at home throughout our time here. Luxury room and very clean, friendly stuff and a very diversified entertaining events.

We came here for vacation with my friends and had a really great time, all the staffs were so kind and thoughtful. The facilities and events were enjoyable, foods were okay, beach and swimming pool were also so nice. I would really recommend to others.
