Very kind owner. The location is absolutely stunning. We were traveling by car, and since our car has low ground clearance, we had to be careful when entering the parking garage, but regular cars can park without any issues. The building has everything you might need: a drugstore (DM), a supermarket, and a gym (with a small sauna). The beach is theoretically reachable without a car (15 minutes). The apartment is very spacious for two people, with a large living and dining area that opens onto a huge terrace with a beautiful view, as well as a lovely bedroom with access to the terrace. The apartment is furnished so thoughtfully, down to the smallest detail—you can tell everything was done with love. It feels cozy and immediately gives you a sense of being at home. We would definitely book the apartment again.

Awesome location, Asparuhovo beach is around 10-15mins walk maximum. Shops (Billa,Lidl) around 5-6 mins walk from the apartman. City centre is around 20-25 mins by car or bus line 12. The apartman was great,had everything we need. The host was amazing, it was easy to commumicate. We are definetely coming back on next summer!

A nice play to stay close to the beach side promenade of Varna city. The apartment is cozy, with a nice afternoon sun light inside, and is perfect to stay for few days . It is endowed with a kitchen where you can prepare a breakfast or a substantial meal. An amazing comfortable bed. The host is very responsive , kind and helpful for every information you need. The parking facility of the apartment is available but needs some patience when using due to the slow car elevator, but for me it was an asset for choosing the stay here when coming by car. Definitely a place to come back for another stay.
