The property was very clean, very friendly staff very helpful

Location is great - across the road from Lake Te Anau and close to centre of town. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms we very clean, welcoming, warm and have everything we needed.

Everything was above expectations from the time we arrived beautifully presented unit was very clean, with plenty of space, and comfortable beds. We have been doing our Winter Photography Trips for just 30 years and this stay surpasses all other stays with excellent Hosts Mel & Mark who helped us with where to go, and what the conditions were like on Milford Road which was very much appreciated being Southlanders what else would you expect? Each day arriving back the unit was fully serviced and spotless a very memorable stay. 10/10

Amazing style in the villa, showers were large and great water pressure room was warm in peak winter and very clean. Restaurant was a highlight! Dinner and drinks were superb!

Great size and very clean. Comfortable and warm and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Very clean, a lot of facilities like a big kitchen, a lot of showers, a free sauna, a hot tube for 30$ an hour only, there was a really cute cat, the receptionist was so welcoming, there was a room for watching tv and play board games.

Very clean and tidy plus on the cold day, the heaters were on and the room was nice and warm for us

Absolutely fantastic views over Half Moon Bay. Great deck and bbq facility too. Awesome location. Lovely staff. Very clean unit.

Great location, 5 mins walk to town. Very clean with comfortable beds. Very quiet even tho it on the main road. Good value for money.
