We walked to Kin Sunrise Beach and went for a swim, super easy to do. We went to Cape Manzamo from here and it was very easy. Rooms were clean and the staff were so helpful. Breakfast is a small bag with an egg roll or croissant, some small sides and tea/juice/coffee.
