I cannot describe how amazing the room with private onsen is. Super spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view to the mountains. Breakfast and dinner were delicious (buffet style), enough vegetarian options. There's a free drink bar available for the afternoon/evening hours as well. I didn't use the public bath because they don't allow visible tattoo's though.

The owners are the sweetest people who made us feel very welcome. The location is great, close to Lake Tazawa. During our stay the weather was grey and rainy, but the house felt really cosy and warm. Especially after the great meal the owners cooked and a lovely soak in the onsen. 10/10 recommend!

Yukemuri no Yado Inazumi Onsen heeft accommodatie in Yuzawa. Elke accommodatie bij de ryokan met 4 sterren heeft uitzicht op de bergen, en je hebt toegang tot het warmwaterbad. food was excellent with local specialties. staff did their best to translate and explain in english. free midnight ramen was a nice surprise. be sure to organize shuttle service from yuzawa in advance and be aware that currently many connections to the south and west are restricted due to heavy rain damage.

Dormy Inn Akita is located opposite historical Senshu Park and is a 5-minute walk. from JR Akita Station is 8-minute walk. Free internet access and a public bath are provided. The onsen facilities are worth the money.

All rooms have lake views, and the private onsen does as well. Sunsets from the private onsen, sunrises from our room - pure bliss. The food was excellent and the service was outstanding. This is one of the places we will return to again!
