The host was super welcoming and informative on arrival and staff servicing the rooms were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot spring tubs are a bonus. The business gives some consideration to environmental footprint/ recycling etc and social benefit which is something I like. They provided locally roasted plunger coffee that is great.

The great thing about this place is the hot spring baths that were clean and well organized. Also very close to beautiful parklands for walking or cycling.

Probably one of the best Novotels I've stayed in. Very good location with a lot of restaurants and bars at the doorstep and a vibrant food alley. Nice hot spring spas nearby and good number on parking outside.
