They facilities are immaculate. Clean and practical. It is about 8 mins walk from the station through the outlet. Though you could always get a free ride from the hotel shuttle service anywhere within the prince ski resort complex. However, what impressed us most was the service. Excellent, extremely attentive staff. Cannot beat that.

The room is spacious the beds are so comfy. The window was veru big and the view from my window is the mountain. The kids woke up and watch people skiing that made them so happy. The location is perfect. It's located next to the ski park and 5 minutes walk to the Outlet. The staffs were nice and helpful.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff speak little english, so be prepared to use a translator. Onsen water is very good. Food is very nice, standard kaiseki meal. Breakfast is typical japanese breakfast. Private onsen is free of charge. Hotel easily accessible via bus. Check the schedule before time since the bus isnt 24 hours.
