Lovely owners; very helpful directing us to local bar (friendly and cheap steaks) and suggested we did a river walk in the dark to see glow worms - brilliant. Long chat about the clear skies. Ideal Motel when visiting the Glow Worm Caves. Brilliant.

Stayed in the train and it was more spacious than original thought. LOVED the view from the windows. Kids loved the countryside. Beds were comfortable and the aircon was a plus. Super close to the caves.

Location was great! Close to the Waitomo Glow Worm Caves and the other associated tours. Reception and all staff very friendly. We needed an ice pack and they lent us not only one, but two with some towels as well. They gave us a late check out when we asked which was nice! Also walked us to our room and showed us which parking space was ours on arrival.

Caves Motor Inn is in a prime location for overnight stays when travelling or stay a few nights when visiting the Waitomo, Te Kuiti, Otorohanga, Waikato areas.

The Motel room was both exceptionally well-appointed and the owner/manager made a point of calling on us an hour after occupation to check we were satisfied.

Customer service was very helpful and the lady that checked me in and out, showed a genuine interest in making my stay as enjoyable as possible.

Panorama Motor Inn is just 5 minutes’ drive from Te Kuiti Train Station. A kitchenette or kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator is standard in some rooms.
