Perfect location to see Arrowtown, close to Queenstown and the airport as well. Rooms were spatious, I really appreciate the milk for morning coffee and we loved the heating sheets on the bed!

Really liked this venue. We had a very private basement studio. Very comfortable. Staff always went above and beyond. Excellent value for money. Thank you very much. They kept us infomed beforehand about some urgent road works outside which did not unjustly affect our stay. Highly recommended comfortable venue.

Location, Free parking on site and just 500m, 7 min walk from heart of town. Heated bath racks so towel is toasty after a shower. Shower, good size, good water pressure. Drains well. Space. Very spacious 1 room apartment. Not sure if I got an upgrade against my booked room. With 2 seater couch and 3 person dining set. Lots of space to spread things out for packing. Kitchenette! With 2 complementary espresso pods and a bottle of fresh milk. (stove top, full sized fridge freezer, microwave, sink) Info: the walk from town is very uphill. But worth the convenience for free parking. FYI only, no housekeeping for duration of stay, but they will give u fresh towels if asked. Helped me book taxi to airport for 5am. Didn't grumble when asked to check my taxi booking next day

1. We requested for a lake view room and the hotel did provide a room with unobstructed view of the lake and mountains. Fantastic view of Lake Waikatipu with the background of snow capped mountains. 2. Room was large and had several furniture, more than the normal standard furniture given in hotel rooms. 3. Heating for room was very efficient. Despite the cold weather, we had a comfortable temperature inside our room.

Previous reviews seem to have lowered my expectations, so pleasantly surprised to find a spacious and very clean room. While there were scuffs on the walls etc, things that really count, like new and fresh linen and towels, clean kitchen and bathroom, were very much in order. Kitchen made for easy breakfast, and full stove and oven with pots, pans, utensils, etc could allow for more. On site parking, good adjustable room heating, quick hot water from the taps, for this price in central Queenstown it is really fabulous! Good understanding, replies and flexibility (late check-in) from staff in response to our cancelled flights. Less than 10 minutes walk along the lakefeont and you have access to all Queenstown bars and restaurants. Would DEFINITELY stay here again (for this price)!
