The SPA! Nice Gym, great Streamroom, Pool and Hottub, usage for the stay included. Can't ask for more. Everything was really good and it also was pricewise really good for what it offered.

Everything was wonderful - the staff, the location, my room, breakfast, the hotel. I had just stayed somewhere at another hotel that was very disappointing so it made my stay even more amazing.

Everything was very nice. Rooms are very comfy and big, modern, the room temperature is very good. staff vert nice. Metro very close. Bus takes you directly to London city center, Oxford street.

Staff were amazing and treated us like royalty. Location was perfect with Hyde Park across the road and Marble arch Metro on the corner. Very close to great shops. The facilities were fantastic and the room so comfortable. I utilised the gym and it was well set up. Could not fault anything. It was absolutely perfect.

Between two main parks, near Oxford and Piccadilly streets, close to Palace. Convenient drive in, tasty a la carte breakfast, clean rooms, all works. We have had 2 double beds for me, spouse and two kids. Not much hotels offer this kind of accommodation.

From the moment we booked till we got home, the staff made immense effort to make us, and especially my 6 year old son special. They helped us with upgrading and getting a perfect room for a family of 4, with wonderful views of the big ben, added parts of their VIK (very important kid) package and a teddy that waited for us upon check in. The boys were greeted with balloons and jelly cart upon arrival and we had drawing materials left in the room upon our request. This place while luxurious doesn't make you feel out of place as a family, which is always a gentle balance that they got just right. Location is perfect and within walking distance from most things. Highly recommend this and we will definitely be back.
