The apartments on the upper level open onto a communal balcony offering lovely sea views. Each unit has outdoor seating to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. We stayed for one night and were very happy with our choice. The motel was very quiet, which allowed us to get a restful night's sleep. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great option for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

All rooms at Stay Kerikeri boast a low-rise retro architecture style. The rooms are large, fully self-contained and are serviced daily by housekeeping. Facilities include flat-screen satellite TV, hairdryers, iron and ironing board. Love the cottage feel. Comfortable with everything needed. It was close to a cute town with places to eat. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Located in a quiet position on Kerikeri Road, the colonial-style Kerikeri Park Lodge features modern decor and is set on 3.5 acres of lovely park like grounds. Guests enjoy a spacious free parking area and a BBQ area on request. All accommodation features free Wi-Fi and private cooking facilities. Very comfortable spacious accommodation. Clean, quiet and everything available. Great little kitchen. Bed comfortable. Plenty of pillow choices. Very happy and highly recommend this place to stay.

All cottages and apartments at Ash Grove Motel open onto landscaped gardens. They are equipped with 32’’ flat-screen. Each has a small kitchen and guest laundry can be found on site. Beautifully maintained gardens, property and pool area, which made our short stay all the more pleasing. Our hosts were most welcoming and very helpful, thank you.

Each modern guest room includes a private deck area with outdoor furniture, as well as a kitchenette with cooking facilities. All have a seating area with cable TV. Lovely warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Large, clean accommodation with apple and plum trees in the garden and plenty windfall fruits to pick. The pool was clean and not too cold.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 9.3 km from Opua Forest. Bob & Margaret were exceptional hosts. The accommodation with great, clean and the fan above the bed great for the warm weather. It had a lovely spa with a gorgeous view! We have already booked to stay again.

A patio with garden views is offered in all units. Our stay at Te Awa was the perfect welcome to New Zealand. Our hosts provided a personal experience for us in the Bay of Islands. The setting couldn’t have been more spectacular on the banks of the river, and our room was very comfortable and peaceful. We enjoyed the pool each afternoon, following a day of exploring, and watched the moon rise each evening from the expansive deck. Breakfasts were delicious and prepared us for a day of activity. We appreciated every recommendation provided by Martin and Joelson. They definitely set the bar for the rest of our time in New Zealand. If you have the chance to stay here, we couldn’t recommend it more highly!
