I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.

Situated in Leh, 3.7 km from Shanti Stupa, Dolkhar Resort features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. It was truly a boutique property as advertised and ticked all the boxes... Food was exceptional in quality and presentation. It was a superb fusion of Ladakhi ingredients and recipes with contemporary style. We went there for a couple of meals and ended up staying with them for 3 nights....!!! Totally unplanned and totally worth it....!! The staff and the gracious owner, Ms.Rigzin, went out of their way to help us source a few of the things she had used in her resort. The rooms were in Duplex style with common area at the bottom and the bed room and bathroom on the first floor. Very stylish furniture and accessories, all with a Ladakhi twist. Heating and Air conditioning were excellent and did not feel like LEH in November... (Outside temperature was -3 degrees Centigrade at night..!!) All in all one of the best places to stay in LEH for my money....
