Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Spetses Sea View Luxury House is set in Spetses. The property features garden and quiet street views, and is 1.1 km from Kaiki Beach. Offering free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking holiday home has a fitness room. First, beautiful open sea view (as promised by the name...) from every floor. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation. You can either cook in or dine out. The house is very clean and tidied up. The setting is perfect for a family stay - a parents' floor (with ensuite), children's floor (also ensuite), and " resting" floor with living room and kitchen. All floors with balconies. And last, a friendly landlord.

In the Spetses Old Port district of Spetses, close to Agia Marina Beach, Porto Vecchio Luxury Suites features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and a washing machine. Featuring sea and pool views, this aparthotel also offers free WiFi. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. The hospitality at Port Vecchio Suites was just excellent. We were met at the dock by the owner Dimitris and he gave us great directions around the island during our stay. The hotel has a pool which I think is pretty unique compared to other places. Lastly Port Vecchio is located at the old harbor which is an easy 20 minute walk from the downtown area but has 2 restaurants and 4 bars there as well if you want to just hang there the whole time. There no shopping there but the location is great because it’s half way between the downtown and one of the good local beaches.

Evangelia was wonderful, she picked us up from the port so that we didn't have to carry our luggage to the hotel. She also allowed to stay longer on the check out day, since there was no one else coming in that day. This is not a luxury room, but it's also not pricey and it has everything you need and one is mostly out in the beaches during the day, anyway. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has a luxury feel. Very attentive staff, beautiful room with balcony and perfect view. Perfect location. Transportation to ferry port and help with luggage. Exceptional breakfast, eaten on terrace, breakfast staff both waiters and chefs alike were attentive and personable. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. A very special experience.

The Bays is truly top quality value property. Crisp white cotton sheets and towels everyday. The pool area is really well managed and maintained. The bar meals are good value and bacon and eggs are brilliant! The hotel will gladly arrange collection and drop off to the port. We had room 19 a double deluxe in the third floor overlooking the pool Spetses and the sea!
