Nino, the front desk manager, was proficient, friendly and went far beyond the call of duty in helping me make the best of my stay. Others at the front desk that were helpful, kind and supportive were Ana, Alexandre and Sandro. Lana, a manager of the hotel, acted both quickly and effectively when my tv stopped working. Breakfast was superb, filled with fresh choices and accompanied by excellent staff. Luka was most appreciated. At lunch and dinner, David did a wonderful job in serving me by being attentive, friendly and well informed.. On other days, Zura, provided me with excellent service. Overall, my stay was a most positive experience so wonderfully enhanced by their magnificent staff.

The room had everything we needed, including a freezer, kettle, and other useful amenities, making our stay more convenient. A special thanks to Tea, the hostess, who was incredibly helpful. Even after we checked out, she allowed us to use the shower and an available room, which was a huge relief before our journey. Her kindness made our experience even better. I highly recommend staying here!
