Staff were very friendly. Met all of our group expectations!

I made a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and was cold and tired by the time I arrived. The staff were super-friendly. My luggage was lost and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed including a phone charger. The hotel and the room itself were both spotless. I booked the junior suite which was a good size with a large lounging area and a work space. Had a great night's sleep. The bed was comfy and the room was very quiet. The included breakfast was incredibly good, a large variety of foods and a really good quality. The jam in particular was really fruity and seemed handmade. I would highly recommend this hotel.
