Their warm and respectful attitude greatly enhanced the overall experience, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was another highlight of the stay — delicious, fresh, and offering a great variety that catered to different tastes. From the moment Phillipe picked us up from the parking area we felt special! Our room was beautiful - clean and modern with everything we needed ! The balcony was lovely to sit on and look at the beautiful view! We loved walking through the woods to get to saas fe! The breakfasts were made to order and delicious. Beautifully presented. We ate a lA carte dinner one evening at the hotel and we are still talking about it! And they split all of our entrees up for us. We can’t say enough great things about this hotel. We can’t wait to come back ! Stay here when you come to saas fe!

Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.

I understand there was a recent renovation and they did a great job. The location is right across from the train station (walkable even with luggage) and right next to the gornergrat rail station. The staff were beyond pleasant and friendly, we especially loved the bartender (forgot her name lol). The spa is the most luxurious spa I’ve ever seen…and I’ve been to some lovely high end spas. We loved the pool! The breakfast buffet is great with fantastic coffee. Honestly…the attention to detail everywhere made our stay so very special.

The kitchenette came with a microwave and fridge, which was really handy. We asked for a crib and it was all set up when we arrived, even with some balloons on it, such a sweet touch!
