I never expected this much satisfaction from a Hotel in Nepal. The property is within walking distance of Lake Road. All staff at the hotel are very friendly even the owner. Our room is big and they provided toiletry items and tea coffee facility also available. They provided a very good breakfast. This breakfast was the best one that I had so far during my Neapl tour. I don't have any complaints. Me and my friend are very satisfied with this hotel and its service. If we visit Nepal again we will gonna book this hotel without any doubt. There are many restaurants, Pubs, and money exchanges around this hotel. People are friendly and they speak English well. 1000 times better than hotels in India (similar price range). Bikash, Umesh. We really enjoyed our stay and especially the hospitality of all employees, like Indira at the reception, a lot. They helped us with all inquiries. The hotel is very clean and offers a good comfort. Food at the restaurant is not spectecular but very solid, and we enjoyed the atmosphere at the tables and bar outside.

It was one of the most comfortable and pleasant stays during our Nepal visit. Thanks to Ms. Sanju and all her staff we really had a great rest. Location is the best in all Pokhara if you want to see Annapurna range, enjoy early sunrise. With cable car its just 15minutes to down city from the hotel and they provide charge free delivery to cable car station. If you want to serve you best, definately choose this hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectation. I requested a room with view and I got it. It was fantastic. I loved he view from my room. The location of the hotel is extra ordinary. Its few minutes walk to the Fewa lake and there are really good food places around. during my stay there was taxi strike going on and I couldn't get any transportation to the airport. The hotel was also struggling to find any transportation , so I requested them to get a scooty for me. Instead of doing that the owner of the hotel Dharmendra offered to drop me off at the airport on his own car in the morning. I was so surprised when they told me that. Special thanks to Dhanrmendra, so humble and such a nice person. They got a customer for life.

Cozy and pampering hotel with a good atmosphere and personal attention. All our requests were attended to and with a good level of service.The food is excellent and there is variety at breakfast. The hotel's restaurant is open 24 hours and provides world-class dishes at good prices. The hotel is well cleaned and hot water is available 24 hours a day (not obvious in most hotels in Nepal). The location is excellent. Close to the lake side but not on the main road so there is peace and privacy. Overall a good hotel and highly recommended. I would go back there again.

We loved everything about the hotel! The design is very beautiful! The rooms are spacious, every room has got a balcony where you can chill, read a book or write a diary. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast every day changes a bit and the variety is great and everything is very tasty! The pool area is also very nice, clean water. The food in the restaurant during the dinner time is also highly recommended! One of the best food we have had in Nepal! Sudeep and his team is very attentive and customer oriented, always looking for the feedback.
