We had such an amazing stay. The property is lovely and the owner kindly called us to check if everything was ok. Nice and warm, high quality finishes of the interior. The best bed I've slept in, in my life! Everything was well thought of, from the coffee capsules to the toilet paper. Very kind and well organised. The location is very handy, close to the supermarket and not too far from town. And the view is just breathtaking.

Getting the key from a local hotel was very easy, and the host was welcooning and friendly. The apartment was large and well suited for our group. Everything was very well keot and they thought of many small details (such as dihswasher tabs). There is an outdoor space as well and we ate out one evening. We liked having a washer and the hot tub and sauna were a bonus. The lcoation was quiet but close to town and to a bus stop. They came in to bring fresh towels halfway through our stay which was nice.

We didn’t actually live in this property due to the leak issue. Operator provided us another place (Arctic Homes - Historic Tromsø) and even sent someone to us to see if we need any assistance. They offered a discount for our loss as well.
