Great hotel, the whole place is really beautifully decorated. The room was more straightforward but very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing valuable recommendations. The location was good as well, only a 10-minute walk from the center of Valladolid. One of the highlights of my trip!

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms were very well appointed, pool was sparkling, gorgeous and somewhat secluded. The restaurants - OMG THE RESTAURANTS - phenomenal service, wonderful cocktails and outstanding food!

Location is perfect, middle of town and a short walk from the ADO bus station. All staff were kind, helpful and well organised - top service. We loved the rooftop and the restaurant was lovely too for breakfast and dinner. We spent time by the pool - it was clean and well maintained. The room was clean and tidy, very comfy beds and pillows and good shower. Felt safe at the hotel and in the main streets of the town. It was a breeze for the to staff organise a taxi to take us to Chichen Itza - taxi was great service and price. Thank you.
