YOU CAN STAY IN FRONT OF THE APPARTMENT TO CARRY YOUR LUGGAGE TO IT AND THEN 100 METERS AWAY IS THE FREE ( in this period) PARKING AREA. GREAT APPARTMENT VERY WELL EQUIPPED. NICE , FRIENDLY PEOPLE. This new, beautiful, boutique hotel is situated high up the Perast hillside, affording fabulous views. To reach it by foot involves a lot of steps, so you’ll need to be reasonably fit, however, if you’re not so keen to climb up then the hotel will send a car to the waterfront to pick you up, day or night. The food served on the terrace with stunning views was sensational, the shrimp & saffron risotto was easily the best I’ve tasted. Our room 2 was on the pool level, making it super convenient to step out of our French doors & onto the pool terrace which has the most luxurious sun beds. Manager Milos was super keen to ensure everything was to our liking, he was contactable 24/7 & certainly went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It’s rare in our experience to find this level of customer service in a 5 star hotel.

The host was extremely nice, responsive and very helpful (he even helped us taking out our the car from the little parking in front of the house!). The apartment was very new, clean and ideal for 3 or 4 people, with a perfect location! The parking is a plus.
