The riad is located in the medina, but it is not difficult to get to. It is located in a beautiful historic building, with a common area full of architectural details [such as incredible arabesques] and decoration that leave guests with no doubt that they are in the quintessential Morocco. The rooms are good and comfortable, with a terrace available. The breakfast is quite satisfactory, with highlights including the tea served in the traditional way and the orange juice, which is of the excellent standard found in Morocco. There is a restaurant available for lunch and dinner, with a highly recommended kafta tagine. The staff is very helpful and kind, and helped me with absolutely everything I needed. Special mention goes to Younes and Anass, who contributed decisively to this atmosphere of friendly and efficient reception. It was a truly rewarding experience and I would definitely return. In fact, I hope to do so one day.

We stayed for 4 nights and felt right at home in this beautiful Riad. It is very centrally located in the old Medina yet relatively close to a nearby car park which is a real bonus when transporting your luggage and accessing services outside the old town. The Riad has been exquisitely restored by the family who run it - with great sensitivity to the local architecture without compromising on all the modern essentials. The owners and staff were brilliant - kind, friendly and attentive to our every need. The garden area is a beautiful, peaceful place to while away a languid late afternoon and the rooftop terrace is the perfect location for breakfast with incredible views over the old town. I can’t recommend a stay here more highly!

The property was beautiful and so well located. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay. The staff and service was unmatched. They went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. We had an early flight the day we checked out and left the hotel at 5 an, they had even prepared us a breakfast for our departure. This is a gorgeous riad, designed with a great taste. A lot of furniture and elements appeared very authentic. Staff was exceptional. Rooftop terrace- a gem. Breakfast was extremely generous, moroccan style, served also in style. Staff adjusted to our needs to have it early, before 8, which was very flexible and professional. This is how a tourist business should be run. They gave me the gift of a wonderful stay.

Me and my wife stayed for 2 nights (Friday-Sunday) at the Dar Guennoun riad. When we arrived, the beautiful paintings on the entrance’s walls were already a nice welcome . We had a really wonderful weekend there, thanks to Mohammed who treated as very well. From there we had the chance to visit many places in Fes, since the locations is close to a Main Street from where to drive a car or take a taxi. And if you want to go to the hearth of the medina, you are also very close. 👍🏽 Would recommend 100%. See you soon khouya Mohammed !!
