The staff are all nice, helpful, and cheerful. Facilities are all amazing and thoughtful. The entire villa/camping unit is spacious. We especially like their bed and pillows, not soft, making us sleep like a baby. We stayed for two nights. They also changed dinner menu, which was very thoughtful and very appreciated too!

The hotel was so nice! The staff were very nice and the facilities were amazing. Can definitely recommend this hotel if you are a racing enthusiast or just want to have a great time!

The view was stunning and the private differently themed onsens were awesome for couples.

Great location, offered free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko station, as well as buffet breakfast and dinner included (and drinks!) It was a lovely place to be, and in all honesty you could have a wonderful time here without setting foot outside the hotel! I liked that you could also book a private onsen if you didn’t feel comfortable going to the communal onsen.
