All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and were also cleaned on a daily basis. It's near a lot of shops so it's not necessary to drive to a shop if you need something. I also liked the fact that every room had aircons cause in Bali's heat proper aircons iis a must.

The breakfast was a huge buffet breakfast. One of us is gluten intolerant, so being able to choose between numerous different dishes was a huge plus. Coffee is great and we had 2 huge cappuccinos each. Our room had a huge bed, a free mini bar (soft drinks), balcony and we had access to the deluxe pool. The hotel is beautiful and they take really good care of you. Staying here was the perfect end to our holiday :)

My daughter got sick our last day and they even take us to the hospital . İm so grateful for that also . I really enjoyed eating in the restaurant, the food is delicious and the staff is so friendly. Rama is so pleasure, Shelfie and Dian are so sweet, the foot massages at the spa by Ayu are so amazing.
