The hotel seems brand new, parking spots can be reserved before arrival. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are big, family room consists of a single room with its own bathroom and a double room with its own bathroom as well. Beds are super comfortable and everything is new and functional. Rooms are towards the main street, but not too much traffic during the night. Breakfast was great as well as dinner. Short walk to the train station to go to Zermatt. They have a partner hotel in Zermatt and the guests are allowed to use the SPA facilities there as well.

It is very nicely located and the whole ambience of the hotel is nice, cosy and elegant. Staff was very attentive and helpful, rooms cleaned frequently and the view of Matterhorn from our balcony was a great bonus! Also, the breakfast had a great selection of food and drinks, even for the ones who are lactose-intolerant (soy and oat milk offered). SPA area is not big, but steam room and sauna offered a perfect finish for a long day of hiking.

This hotel is 10/10. The view was out of this world. Rooms are gorgeous and so cosy. Staff were amazing - nothing was an issue and so friendly and helpful. Location is very central and right beside a ski lift. The room with the balcony was so worth it to wake up to the most amazing view every morning. Bar is gorgeous for some drinks and food. Ski storage area also so you are not dragging gear to your room.

The location and ambience of the hotel is magnificent 👌🏾 the experience with the outside heated pool, with negative surounding degrees, was amazing. The staff were super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with many choices.. enjoyed it.. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Zermatt!
