Arrived early and check-in was done without any delay. Private parking was easily available outside. Selected the option of Half-board. Room was big enough with all the amenities. The balcony had a beautiful Panoramic view of the mountains. A complimentary water bottle was provided in the room. Midday snacks were provided from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. In the evening, a dinner was provided at the hotel which was included in the Half-board. Overall a very nice family-run hotel with an excellent service.

Amazing customer oriented hotel with attention to detail. Every member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed in many places accross Austria but this one is special due to its hospitality. You do feel really welcome and you do feel like at home. Location, staff and facilities of this hotel were all excellent! The 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for my young family.
