Rooms offer free Wi-Fi. Location was not dar from the train station, staff is very nice , all things are clean and it was a good experience in zermatt. Breakfast was awesome.

They try to accommodate to our request as much as possible. Spa is new and enjoyable. Hotel guests need to book a time slot to use the spa; bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The ski room is great: spacious, neat and with ventilation.

Assuming the snow conditions are good, you can literally ski to the foot/entrance of the hotel where the ski lockers are located. The ski lockers were also warm and well organized with plenty of storage for the gear and quick/easy access to the rooms. Restaurant and the staff were amazing. Parking availability was also appreciated. Though in busy periods you may be parked in and will have to wait a while to get your car out.
