United KingdomStaff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Lance came and lit the wood burner, if we had put an arrival time it would have been on! An issue with internet wasn't a problem, Michelle came up straight away to sort it out. The actual lodge was amazing, pictures do not do it justice. So much more spacious than we expected and selection of tea, coffee and biscuits was exceptional. Close to amenities and Wyre forest, ideal for our four legged friend. Highly recommend a stay

PolandNorma is a wonderful woman, she greeted me with a smile, on the first day I received a jar of coffee, a bar of fruit and yogurt, I received the main daily cleaning of the room, peace and quiet, I can use the large kitchen , the living room and garden. Norma is a caring woman, full of warmth in her facility I felt taken care of, I recommend this facility. Thank you Norma for everything I'm recommended a place.
