The housekeeping, the lady on my floor (6th) kept my room tidy everyday. The service and efficiency of all the staff in the hotel were excellent. The breakfast had a great selection of western and eastern cuisine. And we were able to park our rental car inside the hotel building.

Very helpful and polite staff - they were all so happy and eager to help. Rooms were comfortable and well equipped, everything up to a 5 star standard. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of dishes. And best of all - I received a room upgrade! Overall, excellent value for money and I would highly recommend this hotel for people staying in Taipei.

We had a fantastic stay at Cozzi Hotel! The location is perfect—situated in a less noisy area but still close to the MRT, making it super convenient to get around. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We also liked the variety offered at breakfast.

The location is nice, peaceful and safe. There is one supermarket next door and many convenience stores around the hotel. The bed is sooooo comfy.

1. Cost/performance ratio. The room is spacious and the staff members that I have encountered are well trained and most of all, their proficiency of English language are one of the best that I have ever experienced among all the establishment I visited (excluding ones in America) 2.
