The staff’s customer service is extraordinary — from the front desk tram to the bellhoppers. They were kind, hospitable and extremely helpful — made us feel like VIPS. I also had the best sleep in my trip in this hotel — loved the mattress and the sheets. Staff were very helpful. Spoke Japanese and English so made it easy to ask for information. Breakfast was tasty and had both Asian and western options. Central location with about a 10-15 minute walk to multiple trains rains and train lines. Several convenience stores very close as well. Would recommend.
