Nice, with tasteful decoration and personality. The staff is very helpful too. Breakfast is pretty good and varied. I’m almost hesitant to recommend it, because I’d hate it if it was to lose some of its charm the next time we visit.

This is my 15th visit to bangkok , i use to stay in different hotel. This time Im speechless! Such an amazing hotel ! It deserves 5 stars with no discussion. First the cleanliness of the room: when i entered to my room i felt that positive vibes , second and the most important point for me as i worked in customer service field is the staff of the hotel , all of them have been well selected for their designated job , all are polite , friendly and especially professional. Big thanks to Mr Kook who always welcomes us with his smile and always makes sure that we don’t forget any belongings from the taxi which i really appreciate this point (as many others hotel don’t do it) so they are unique. Third : the place of this hotel is more than amazing , you have everything around you and the most important is safe. Very close to Metro and subway around 10 min walking distance . Big thanks to Carlton team ! You ‘ve made our stay and definitely ll be back.

The whole experience at this amazing hotel was at top level. Everything from: the staff, the facilities, the cleanliness, the comfort, the restaurant (and the food) and the luxury of the hotel made our first stay in Asia an amazing experience. First of all I would mention that the staff is incredible, from the first moment that we step foot on this hotel we were welcomed only with smiles and good vibes. Even though we arrived way earlier than the checkin hour, the roon was ready around 12:00 and to surprise us even more we received an upgraded room without any costs (room that was actually a studio with an amazing view). Second thing to mention is the cleanliess and the luxury/delicate products that are available in the room (Pañpuri) which gives you a really comfortable and cozy feeling. Third, I would mention the food in the restaurant. We only had breakfast but it had a lot of trafitional Thai dishes which is also a plus.. Lastly, the location of the hotel is one of the best in Bangkok (in the Shukumvit area). In the end, I would say that this was one of the best hotel and hotel experience of our lives and for our first visit to Asia and Thailand, Silq hotel went beyond expectations and made our stay a perfect memory.
