Virtually everything. Reception was efficient, friendly, and pleasant. Our friendly Thai host at Reception had lived and been schooled in Worcestershire, England (like me) - I had recognised his accent! The place is beautifully presented, inside and out, and has all the personal charm and care of a family run business. There is a lovely, peaceful garden and outdoor breakfast area, the garden done in a traditional Thai style with a nice swimming pool and Thai massage service (a complimentary short massage was provided free for all of our group). Breakfast was lovely. The room and bathroom were pleasant and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. A great find! Thank you Booking.com. I will gladly go back here any time.

Modern high rise with chic decor. Swimming pool on the 16th floor overlooking the city is small but refreshing; a wonderful place to chill. Pool bar served a great spicy gin & tonic, and the service was just so kind, professional and friendly all over the hotel. The room was modern and smartly designed, with luxury touches and great views of the city. Lovely shower with good water pressure (even on the 21st floor!). We didn’t experience eating in the hotel restaurants as we took a short tour of Chinatown nearby for food and drinks, and opted for room service breakfast. Room service breakfast was excellent! Both the eggs Benedict and the Thai breakfast were absolutely delicious and on the better end of hotel food I’ve had anywhere in the world. Loved having the option of breakfast in bed, and the execution didn’t disappoint. Also loved the hotel’s free tuktuk shuttle to the ferry port across from Iconsiam, a nice amenity for tourists. We did have a drink in Mimi’s, the Miami-themed roof bar, and while the drinks were a bit too sweet for us we loved the vibe and the fun atmosphere. The customer service was simply excellent everywhere we interacted with it.

The hotel staff was very heloful it is a pet friendly hotel so it was quite good. Not much space for pets but good suitable. The place is so chic and unique very pretty. Love the 20% off at restaurants that they partner with and get to go up manahakorn building for free.

Breakfast is awesome. You got a ton of choices to choose from and especially the drinks counter. Noteworthy to mention: I left my jacket in the lobby while I was checking out, and the staff arranged to send it via taxi to the airport, which was nice of them. Many thanks for the arrangement.

Clean and Spacious Room with comfortable beds and proper amenities in the bathroom as well. Outdoor area was extra spacious and neat with multiple facilities including gym, running track, tennis court and other sport arenas. Pool area is also huge with comfortable sun beds, jacuzzi and good bar. Direct access to MBK Mall

I loved everything about the hotel. The design is outstanding. The food was great. I ate a lovely breakfast that had a lot of variety. The hospitality of all the staff was perfect and I want to mention Grace and Crystal from the reception that made me feel like home
