The staff was really nice. I would definitely go there anytime. The beds were very comfortable. There were heating racks for the towels which we loved. The only complaint was that Booking.com could not refund my stay for one night when my flight was delayed due to fog in krakow airport. I would not use Booking.com again.

Extremely pleasant stay, good food around, nice rooms, super convenient access to public transport, and then on top of that I left my headphones in the room and they had it for me to pick up 10 days later when I came back through the city. Highly recommend!

It is a wonderful property, I chose it two times when travelling through Krakow, as the position close to the station was important. It is also 5 minutes walk from city center. The bed was super comfortable, the room clean and tidy, the stuff was very helpful too.
