Everything was great. Location is perfect. Right next to train station which connects you to airport. Also 5 minutes walking distance from the old town. View of the room was great. Beds were confortable. room size was big enough. It was clean and cosy.

Location was very good it is next to train/tram/bus stations and galeria krakowska. Its so many choices for breakfast and it exceed my expectations.

Delicious breakfast, very comfortable bed, the hotel was clean. I loved the locality, everywhere I had to go in Krakow, it was a few minutes far. Interior design was much better than I expected, I felt like I was accomodated in a castle.

Founded in 1834, the Pollera is conveniently located within Cracow’s Old Town. St Mary’s Basilica and the Main Market are only 300 metres away from the hotel.

Location is great. Near the most attraction in old city, near the train station. There is a great breakfast, every morning is something new in menu. And finally the staff is excellent. They are very polite and helpful. We have arrived in the morning at 9 a.m. and asked for early check in. The lady on reception as soon as first room was empty did her best and room was ready for us at 10a.m. They gave us good and useful recommendation.
