All was perfect from the beginning to the end of our stay. One of the nicest people that I met in my life. They took care of us from the first step on their little island in the middle of the lake. The place is the best, and the owners of this lodge are the best too. Very recommended

The staff was incredible - we literally felt like we had a mom looking after us. The location was ideal and very close to the center of the city. Lake Titicaca was only a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Staying at the lake was such a unique experience. Waking up with that view is the best thing ever. There was hot water, many blankets, a heater.

This hotel is well-designed and comfortable. The staff provides excellent service and very attentive to the needs of the guests. The manager, Michael Edison was very helpful and gave a walking tour of the neighborhood and the nearby town of Puno.
