Spacious room, heated floor, hot water is not limited , the room was cosy and warm. It was our best stay in quite a long time. It felt like a proper 5 star hotel.

Newness, the light-colored interior, cleanliness, very comfortable bed and bed sheets! It’s exactly like the pictures. I can feel the hotel is very new and I like that fact very much, the stay is very enjoyable. Staff is also very helpful and kind. Their lobby is open 24/7 and we were given late check out!

The personal was very helpful ve polite. The hotel itself was amazing in design and comfort the rooms was so nice. I really would like to go next time and the same hotel. The breakfast also was so delicious and the waitress was also police .

Great for families with small children.

Great for families with small children. The joy rides are fun for kids. However, for adults there is not much other than the scenic views which look out at Almaty city from a distance and from a height. To be candid, you can skip Kok Tobe altogether as the gondola ride is 8000 tenge per individual. There are much nicer parts of the city to visit and spend time at than kok tobe.

Very nice to visits with kids, gives you a beautiful view of the city from the cable car, there are few restaurants, rides and entertainment places up there, along with a little farm where you can feed the animals. My 7yo had lots of fun.
