This hotel deserves five stars as it is clean, the room is large and the bed is comfortable. In addition to the excellent air conditioning and a bathroom that contains all washing requirements. The reception staff also has a beautiful spirit and a smile that makes customers happy. Entry and exit procedures are fast and smooth. If I visit Almaty, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The location of the Mercure Almaty City Center hotel is impeccable. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay from our first steps in the hotel all the way to check out. The suite we booked was very spacious and had nice amenities. It's a great place to stay in the lead up to big events.

The hotel is in a prime location. It is just a few minutes away from Panfilov Street and a walking distance from Ascension Cathedral. As for the room, it is bigger than we expected and well-maintained as well. Lastly, the selection for breakfast is good as well as the location.

Centrally located. Walking distance to Ascension Cathedral, Green Bazaar, train station that connects to other places. The host met us on arrival day which was helpful in showing us how to enter the gates and apartment door. The apartment is clean, big and the kitchen amenities are complete. There are stores at the ground floor and across the building.

Walking distance to grocery stores, with many options for dining and sightseeing nearby. Ascension Cathedral is a 15-20 minute walk away, and Almaty Gallery is 10-15 minutes away on foot. I traveled with my friend for a holiday. The place is very unique and easy to find. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Konstantin met us at the apartment upon check-in and provided us with useful tips and information about the city, which was very helpful. I will definitely book their place again on my next visit.
