Absolutely love this place! We are visiting Astana the 1st time. We travel from Canada.That was the best stay ever! Beyond our expectations! The staff, the room, the facilities were outstanding! Excellent rooms, very clean everywhere, our rooms were cleaned by Aigul, thanks very much for her professionalism. The rooms have everything you need: shower accessories and disposable razors, hair dryer, iron. The breakfasts were very tasty and varied, the waiters Nurmukan and Zhangulim cleared empty and dirty plates immediately from the table, constantly replenishing the food supplies on the buffet! All the staff is very polite! All the attractions are close to the hotel - it is very convenient. We liked everything so much, now we will stay only in this hotel!
