All staffs are very helpful. Even before the stay, they were very active responding to every inquiries I had. On the arrival date, my flight arrived early, the staff were promptly to support my early check in. The rooms are very clean and comfort. The hotel and the room is great, just as expected from a Hyatt. The location is also grand, near to a subway station. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and in Yokohama.
